Hosting, SSL, backups, software and security updates, uptime monitoring, content changes and SEO monitoring. Minor changes to existing content are free under our minor amendments policy and handled in a weekly batch; bigger jobs are always quoted first. Faults are fixed free, whenever they appear.
Our plans run £39 to £99 +VAT a month depending on the size of the site. That covers everything above, no hourly surprises. Agencies charging per change often cost more in one month than a plan costs in three.
Usually, yes. We'll audit the site first so you know exactly what state it's in, then take it on if it's something we can stand behind. If it's beyond saving, we'll tell you straight and quote a rebuild instead.
Monitoring flags it, usually before you've noticed, and it gets fixed. Most issues are resolved the same day. You also have a direct line to Jack rather than a support inbox.
